Common Questions
What does the monthly fee actually cover?
Hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, platform maintenance, and dashboard access. It also covers me being available when something comes up. Not hourly billing, just included support.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Standard later?
Yes. We'd scope out what needs to be added or adjusted, and the difference in monthly would kick in from there. No need to rebuild from scratch.
What if I need something that doesn't fit these tiers?
That's what the Custom tier is for. Tell me what you're trying to solve and I'll put together a scope and quote. No commitment to look at it.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The code is yours. If you ever want to move or take it somewhere else, I'll hand it over cleanly. Monthly keeps the hosting and dashboard running. It's not a hostage situation.
